Please be advised that customers and patrons will be asked to screen before entering our business premises in adherence to Public Health Official Guidelines and as such will need the following COVID-19 Questionnaire completed and submitted to us in order to enter our store prior to Booking An Appointment, as well as arrive for your appointment once your booking has been confirmed thereafter.

Despite procedures that THE RITZ & GLAM STUDIO implements to disinfect the Studio, I understand that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 and I will not hold THE RITZ & GLAM STUDIO liable should I be exposed to COVID-19.
